Understand challenges and transform them

Family Constellations workshops offer a unique way to uncover the hidden roots of personal and professional challenges. Many people come feeling stuck, constrained, or unsure why certain patterns keep repeating. This method helps you move beyond the surface problem to explore its deeper origins, often connected to previous generations.

How Family Systems Shape Our Lives

Our parents, grandparents and ancestors create an invisible web of relationships and patterns that influence our choices and experiences. Without realising it, we may carry unconscious loyalties to these family dynamics, which can limit our freedom.

Family Constellations make these hidden patterns visible. By seeing and integrating them, you gain clarity, choice, and a greater sense of agency.

Understanding the forces shaping your life brings real freedom to move forward.

How Participants Take Part

Workshops provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space. The process begins with a conversation between the facilitator, Sara, and the person bringing an issue. From there, participants take part in one of two ways:

Issue Holder

Bring a personal or professional challenge to explore. Up to three issue holders are supported in each workshop. Issues may include family patterns, relationships, work, health, creativity, or life decisions.

Representative (Resource)

Stand in for someone or something in a Constellation. No prior experience is needed. Representatives often gain surprising personal insights and healing.

Both ways of participating can lead to profound understanding and emotional release.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens at a family constellations workshop?

Workshops provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space. Sara works with an issue holder who brings a personal or professional challenge to explore. Other participants act as representatives, standing in for people or elements within a constellation. Insight emerges through the experiential process. Both roles can lead to profound understanding and emotional release.

Do I need to bring a personal issue to attend?

No. You can attend as a representative (resource) without bringing a personal issue. Representatives often gain surprising personal insights through the process itself, and no prior experience is required.

How many people attend each workshop?

Workshops are kept to a small, intimate group. Up to three issue holders are supported in each session, with remaining participants serving as representatives.

Do I need prior experience?

No prior experience is required. Sara's workshops welcome people completely new to constellation work as well as those who have attended before.

What is the difference between a workshop and a 1:1 session?

A 1:1 Family Constellations session is a private, 90-minute session with Sara focused entirely on your individual theme. Workshops are small group experiences where multiple issues are explored in the same session. Some people find the group setting especially powerful; others prefer the privacy of 1:1 work.

Are bespoke workshops available for organisations?

Yes. Sara facilitates tailored workshops for teams and organisations, drawing on systemic and constellation approaches to explore group dynamics, leadership patterns, and organisational challenges. These are available across the UK and Europe.
